At Revived by Amy, we offer private hayfever consultations to discuss your symptoms and treatment options. Following a full medical assessment, prescription-only treatment may be considered if clinically appropriate. Please note: * Treatment suitability is assessed on an individual basis * A consultation does not guarantee treatment * Prescription-only medications cannot be advertised directly * Risks, side effects and medical history will always be discussed prior to treatment To book a consultation or find out more, please get in touch.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change, however as a small, independent business, late cancellations and no-shows have a big impact. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a loss of booking fee or a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, just as I respect yours.
