Terms & Conditions
By booking an appointment with Revived By Amy, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All appointments must be booked in advance. A booking fee may be required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.
I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in the loss of your booking fee or a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost.
All treatments must be paid for on the day of your appointment. Booking fees are non-refundable. Refunds are not offered on treatments already carried out.
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced or rescheduled, depending on availability, and the full treatment fee may still apply.
I reserve the right to refuse treatment to anyone if I believe it is not in the best interest of your health, safety or wellbeing.
Treatment & Results
Results can vary from person to person. While every effort is made to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed.
Aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment. Following this advice is essential for best results and to reduce the risk of complications.
Consultation & Suitability
All clients must complete a consultation prior to treatment. This allows me to assess suitability, discuss expectations and ensure treatments are safe. I reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if it is not suitable or safe to proceed.
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and honest medical information during your consultation. Failure to disclose relevant medical history may affect treatment outcomes and safety.
