Service Description
*NOTE: These sessions run on set days and times, do not book this without contacted me prior. If you would like a standard consultation, use the FREE CONSULTATION session instead. A prescription clinic is a required appointment for all clients wishing to have anti-wrinkle treatments. During this appointment, you will meet with one of my partnered independent prescribing clinicians, who will carry out a medical consultation to assess your suitability for treatment. This includes discussing your medical history, expectations and any potential risks. If suitable, the prescriber will issue a prescription for your anti-wrinkle treatment. This allows me to legally and safely carry out your treatment. This appointment is a legal requirement in the UK and is in place to ensure your safety and that treatments are appropriate for you. Once you have attended your prescription clinic and have been approved, you can then book your anti-wrinkle treatment with Revived By Amy.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change, however as a small, independent business, late cancellations and no-shows have a big impact. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a loss of booking fee or a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, just as I respect yours.
