A limited number of model appointments are available for Derma 2.0 Slim Up, a targeted injectable mesotherapy treatment designed to support the appearance of a more sculpted and defined chin and jawline. This treatment is suitable for clients wanting to target small, stubborn areas beneath the chin and around the jawline while also supporting firmer, smoother-looking skin. Model Offer Model sessions are available for £20 per session. Clients must commit to a minimum course of three sessions, making the total cost £60. The regular treatment price is £55 per area, per session. Appointments will usually be spaced approximately two to four weeks apart, depending on your individual treatment plan and how the area responds. What the treatment may help with Derma 2.0 Slim Up may help to: • Improve the appearance of small, localised areas of fullness • Create a more defined-looking chin and jawline • Support firmer and smoother-looking skin • Improve the overall contour of the lower face • Support lymphatic drainage and skin quality Results vary between clients, and a course of treatments is normally recommended rather than a single session. Model appointment requirements By booking this model offer, you agree to: • Attend a minimum of three treatment sessions • Allow photographs and short video clips to be taken during your treatment journey • Allow suitable content to be used on the Revived by Amy website and social media pages • Attend your appointments at the recommended intervals • Follow the provided preparation and aftercare advice Your privacy will always be respected, and your full face does not need to be shown where this has been agreed beforehand. Before booking A consultation and medical suitability assessment will be completed before treatment. This treatment may not be suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for clients with certain medical conditions, allergies, active infections or skin concerns in the treatment area. Temporary swelling, redness, tenderness, bruising or small raised areas may occur following treatment. Full risks and aftercare information will be discussed before proceeding.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change, however as a small, independent business, late cancellations and no-shows have a big impact. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a loss of booking fee or a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, just as I respect yours.
