Perfect for: Clients wanting a luxury advanced facial, a full skin refresh, pre-event skin prep, ongoing skin maintenance or a treatment that can be adjusted each time depending on what the skin needs. Course recommendation: Can be booked as a one-off treatment or as part of a longer skin plan for more progressive results.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that sometimes plans change, however as a small, independent business, late cancellations and no-shows have a big impact. I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows me to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in a loss of booking fee or a charge of up to 50% of the treatment cost. Booking fees are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new appointment if sufficient notice is given. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time, just as I respect yours.
